چکیده
Abstract We developed a new source, having uniform spectral radiance, for large-aperture UV integrating sphere with pressed polytetrafluoroethylene coating. Since lamp panel systems have high uncertainty due to low signal-to-noise ratio at 250 nm, transfer the radiance scale from nm 350 we and calibrated filter radiometer based on solar blind phototube. The was obtained via model of source recursive estimation parameters. A standard FEL validated usage radiometer. Finally, calibrate source. results show that is five times top-of-the-atmosphere irradiance, expanded 4.7%.

Spectral Radiance of a Large-Area Integrating Sphere Source
The radiance and irradiance calibration of large field-of-view scanning and imaging radiometers for remote sensing and surveillance applications has resulted in the development of novel calibration techniques. One of these techniques is the employment of large-area integrating sphere sources as radiance or irradiance secondary standards. To assist the National Aeronautical and Space Administrat...
متن کاملNumerical modeling of an integrating sphere radiation source
Integrating spheres are often used as calibration sources providing uniform radiance within a solid angle and/or uniform irradiance at a distance. The best performance in such a system can be achieved if one is able to evaluate as well as predict the important characteristics of the sphere system’s output, such as the spatial and angular distributions of radiance over the exit port, or the dist...
متن کاملHigh current hollow cathode as a radiometric transfer standard source for the extreme vacuum ultraviolet.
A high current hollow cathode source has been developed as a radiometric source standard for the extreme VUV. The source is operated at a constant current of 2 A with an aluminum cathode and helium or argon as buffer gas at pressures of ~1 hPa. The radiance of spectral lines in the wavelength range from 13 to 60 nm has been determined by comparison to the calculable spectral radiant power of th...
متن کاملTests of an omnipresent standard for absolute spectral radiance measurements
Correlated pairs of photons can be used to access what is effectively an omnipresent absolute standard of spectral radiance. The process of spontaneous parametric downconversion, in which pump photons are converted into pairs of photons, can be thought of as being stimulated by an omnipresent and omnidirectional one photon per mode vacuum background. This background has units of spectral radian...
